Herbed Cheese Rolls



Herbed Cheese Roll is a delicious snack that can be made in just few minutes in an air fryer. It is really quick and super easy. You just need to grab a few cheese slices, bread slices and fresh/dried herbs. It can be made in breakfast or as an evening snack. I am sure the kids would just love them as this snack is oozing with lots of cheesy goodness.
You can also prepare the rolls well in advance. Roll them in a foil paper and keep them in refrigerator. Just at the time of serving, pop the rolls in preheated air fryer basket. It is perfect for kid's birthday or tea parties.
I have used dried & crushed oregano leaves, red chilli flakes and black pepper. If you are making it for kids, you may skip the last two spices. You can also use fresh herbs.



List Of Ingredients: (Makes 3 pieces)

  • Bread slices-3
  • Cheese Slices-3
  • Dried Crushed Oregano- 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Melted butter- For brushing

Steps To Prepare:


Step1:
Chop off the edges of bread slices.



Step2:
Roll the bread slices on a flat surface using rolling pin.



Step3:
Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. In the mean time, place cheese slices on each bread slice and sprinkle the dried herbs/spices over it.



Step4:
Place the bread slices over a wet kitchen towel and roll them carefully. You can also slightly wet your hands if the bread is too crumbly.




Step5:
Brush some butter over the bread rolls and keep them in air fryer. Cook them at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.



Flip it and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Let it be golden brown from other side.
